Where FASO is now
Evidence should clarify the position, not replace the purpose.
FASO has progressed from concept to a working Version 1 system and complete Test Rig. Internal campaign evidence is active. Independent validation and operational use have not been completed.
Current public evidence register
What exists, what it supports and what it does not authorise.
A later unpublished result must not silently turn a fixed checkpoint into a live number. Public claims remain tied to their exact evidence and date.

Checkpoint boundary: The completed checkpoint records the accepted internal assurance position published for 20 July 2026. Internal work continued after that checkpoint. The number is not presented as a live counter or independent validation.
Three kinds of proof
Existence, execution and validity establish different things.
FASO’s public language must state what the evidence actually supports.
Build evidence
Does the capability exist?
Integrated capability, controlled assurance, retained evidence and protected recovery records.
Run evidence
What did the system do?
Governed records, actual outcomes, time order, identity and retained evidence.
Validation evidence
Does the proposition survive independent challenge?
Independent control, externally established reference evidence, limitations and an independent final report.

A result must remain reviewable after the run has ended.
